Jingle All The Way, with Coverage for His Sleigh: Why Santa Should Be Our Next Client

santa-claus-153309_640Christmas is so close, and while grownups are bustling about finishing up their holiday shopping, putting together a meal plan for the big day, and whispering behind closed doors about surprises for little ones, kids all over Polk County are counting down to the arrival of SANTA!  Santa Claus is the iconic emblem of Christmas, with his magical sleigh and reindeer, his surprising ability to fit down chimneys to deliver countless gifts, and his bright red suit that children stay up watching for during all hours on Christmas eve.

Being Santa Claus comes with some pretty significant risks though, and we don’t think Father Christmas should be going without coverage.  Here’s why we think Santa should be our next client here at Carroll Marshall Insurance…

Lively and Quick.  Those reindeer might be magical, but their “lively and quick” rate of speed comes with a high chance of crashing into the treetops.  That could mean a loss of reindeer, sleigh, and/or serious injury to poor old Santa.  Auto coverage is a must for Santa.

Speaking of “Old Santa”… Santa Claus isn’t getting any younger.  Traipsing over snowy rooftops, icy walkways, and climbing into chimneys means a fall is always impending, and at his age, that could mean significant injury.  What’s more, he consumes WAY more than the recommended amount of milk and sweets each Christmas, and that does some damage to your cholesterol levels.  Health coverage would be a wise decision!

Down the Chimney…and into the fire!  Climbing down chimneys is no joke, and if someone forgot to put out their bedtime fire, Santa Claus could be out of luck.  It would be a shame to ruin that good suit, or worse.  Plus, carrying a hot ember back to the sleigh by accident could be disastrous. Fire coverage might be a smart addition to his coverage plan!

Don’t Forget Mrs. Claus.  We want to think that Santa will be around for forever…but unexpected things can happen!  He wouldn’t want to leave Mrs. Claus with no way to continue Christmas.  Life Insurance coverage means he is protecting her (and all of his elves) with provision for expenses if anything should happen to him.

We hope Santa will stop by our office here in Winter Haven on Christmas Eve.  We will be ready for him, with a plan drawn up, and a list of coverage options that we’ve checked twice!  If you want to make sure you’re covered this holiday season, we are ready for you too.  We can help you evaluate your existing coverage plan and determine if you need different, or additional, provision.  If you don’t have a current insurance plan, we will help you navigate the sometimes confusing waters of premiums, deductibles, and what coverage can do for you, and draw up a plan that fits your needs and your budget.

Happy Holidays from Carroll Marshall Insurance!
